What's Included?
- 10 hours day of coverage
- 1 hour rehearsal the day before
- Vendor recommendation
- Distributing provided timeline to vendors
- On-site emergency kit
- overseeing the execution of the event set up/breakdown (excludes physically setting up or breaking down décor, tables, or chairs. )
- Final walkthrough of ceremony & reception area before "go-time."

- Labor fee for ceremony/reception set up or break down ($200-$500)
- Extended travel fee over 50 miles of Winchester, TN (0.67 per mile)

Officiating Services
Starting at $350
Jamie is authorized to conduct civil and non-religious ceremonies as a Notary Public in Tennessee. We welcome last-minute requests and elopements, depending on availability. Creating a unique ceremony that showcases a couples love is incredibly important. Let Wood's Wedding Services create a unique experience that is unique to each couple. LGBTQ advocate.

Virtual Event Planning Sessions
Are you looking for help or advice, but don't want to invest in involved planning coordination? Wood's Wedding Services is now offering virtual meetings to brainstorm or ask for advice about your event. All appointments include an initial questionnaire and a 45 minute session. Your choice of a phone call or a video/virtual call/meeting. If you choose to retain Wood's Wedding Services for additional planning services after your sessions, it will be deducted from your estimate of services.
